We spent years working at PPF and wrap install shops in Los Angeles. The same problem kept coming up: customers needed removal, but removal was always the lowest-priority job. It got rushed. It got damaged. Cars came back with adhesive still on them.
We kept thinking: what if removal was the only thing a shop did? What if every tool, every technician, every scheduling decision was oriented around one task?
Wrap Removal Shop was built on that question. We opened as LA's first dedicated removal-only shop, and within 18 months we were being referred jobs by the install shops we used to work for. That told us everything we needed to know.
